Join the Cache Creek Conservancy as it takes part in the official launch of the Nature Explorer Backpacks program offered by the Yolo County Libraries.

The Cache Creek Conservancy is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Restoration Biologist. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for continued operation and refinement of our avian and wildlife monitoring program (including nest box monitoring), internship program, interpretive tours, and grant research and writing.

This is the 38th year for the California Coastal Cleanup. The Cache Creek Cleanup is part of this statewide effort. Join your neighbors and friends in the largest waterway cleanup event in the world.

We have a need for people who are interested in being Visitor Center docents.

Participants will be among the first to see the new displays, hear from Conservancy naturalists Harnawaz Boparai and Diana Dripps about the displays, and learn a little bit more about Cache Creek’s pre-and more recent history.

Teichert agrees to award the Cache Creek Conservancy $150,000 as part of the permitting process for the Shifler Mining & Reclamation project.
