Join us for a morning of weeding in the Tending and Gathering Garden. Help our intentionally cultivated native plants thrive by removing invasive plants!
We are expecting a warm morning of pulling vetch and thistle. Some gloves and tools will be provided, but resources are limited, so it is appreciated if you can bring your own garden/work gloves.
We will be working in a sunny portion of the garden. It is strongly recommended to wear a hat, sunglasses, long pants, and comfortable closed toed shoes, and lots of sunscreen!
Light lunch snacks will be provided by Cache Creek Conservancy, and available in the rotunda for volunteers. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, you may want to bring your own lunch. It is always advised to bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated!
