Tanya’s yoga practice began over 15 years ago when she became a lifelong student. Her teaching style is gentle and authentic, intended to bring up self-compassion and curiosity through breath and movement. In addition to teaching yoga, she is also a Certified Breath Coach and has additional training in somatic therapy methods. She also works for a non-profit with a mission in animal welfare. You can usually find her baking or hanging out with her family and two dogs, Sunny and Winter in her free time. A local to the California Central Valley, she looks forward to offering yoga in this magical setting under the oaks!
